From a standing start, we have a brilliant platform on which to continue growing, enabling KCHT to continue playing a key part in the community for many generations to come. What a wonderful opportunity it was to gather together to celebrate the achievements of the volunteers past and present who have worked so tirelessly to bring KCHT into existence and to grow it. KCHT is one of only a handful of Community Land Trusts that have done 4 or more developments, and is unique in it being 100% volunteer led. It was lovely that so many people could join us who have contributed so much over the years to the success of KCHT.
