Residents - Notice To End Tenancy Form

You need to give us at least one month’s notice in writing when you wish to end your tenancy, with the notice ending on a rent day.  If you have a joint tenancy, only one tenant needs to give notice to end the tenancy. Please note that we expect you to:
    • Have paid all rent and maintenance charges up to the date your tenancy ends.
    • Return to us all the keys to your home on the day you move out of the property.
    • Leave your home in a good, clean and tidy condition clear of all belongings.  Any belongings left in your home at the end of the tenancy will be treated as abandoned and we may dispose of them as we think fit, and charge you for their removal.
    • Not leave anybody else living in your home.
    • Leave our fixtures and fittings in the same state as they were at the beginning of the tenancy except for fair wear and tear.
