(8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday). In the case of an emergency outside of office hours, KCHT would expect you to take appropriate action. Emergencies are issues that present an immediate risk to your safety, security or health e.g. a leak that cannot be contained or causes a risk of electric shock. Action taken for an emergency repair that is not deemed to be a genuine emergency, or is required as a result of accidental or deliberate damage may be chargeable. |

KCHT is a member of the Housing Ombudsman scheme. We’ll always try and resolve complaints in a fair, transparent and supportive manner. However, if you need extra support or advice during the complaints process, or you remain unsatisfied with our response once we have completed our investigations, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service. |
